NSW Health face the challenge of recruiting and retaining health professionals in regional areas. Healthcare recruiters required assistance and tools to help in the recruitment process and to educate health professionals about the opportunities and benefits of careers in reginal areas.

Creative direction and information architecture

Working closely with the content writers, an online toolkit was designed that would provide a framework for recruitment campaigns, tools and templates and useful guidelines for recruitment and HR specialists. The site was developed for the NSW Health Intranet but also featured a public site aimed at healthcare workers to promote careers in regional areas and provide access to relevant sites and information to assist in identifying attractive and rewarding career opportunities.
